Billing
Your total costs break down into two categories — your agency fee and your operational costs.
- Agency Fee
- Your monthly subscription covers everything we build, manage, and operate for you — the AI system, pipeline infrastructure, ad management, and ongoing support. Billed automatically on the same date each month.
- Meta Ad Spend
Your daily ad budget is set at $30 per day. Meta does not bill this consistently — you may see a charge of $90 one day and nothing the next. This is completely normal.
Add up all charges across the week and divide by seven and it will equal your daily budget. Do not be alarmed by individual transactions — it always evens out.
- Phone System (PHONE ENABLED ACCOUNTS ONLY)
- Your CRM phone number and SMS system comes with a small monthly fee of $100 to $200 depending on usage. This comes through in a few separate transactions directly through the CRM. It is a small cost for a powerful system — do not limit your usage because of it.
Scam Messages
You may occasionally receive messages from "Chat AI" or "Meta AI" claiming things like "you're verified" or "your account's disabled" with links attached.
These are scams — never click them.
